Our gas and liquid distribution trays and mixing chambers serve as key components for major refining processes including hydrocracking, hydrotreating and hydrodesulfurization. High-performance trays and mixing chambers enable thorough blending of incoming gas and liquid streams.

Uniform fluid distribution across the annular space inside reactors delivers stable flow patterns and steady catalytic performance.

The trays are assembled with bolted panels and distribution nozzles/pipes. Supporting beams, maintenance manholes, gaskets and all mounting & testing accessories are also available. Pre-assembly of complete sets is offered to guarantee perfect component compatibility.

All fasteners are fully tightened at factory, preventing flow bypass and uneven fluid distribution within catalyst beds during on-site final assembly.
