Process Gas Blower

PILLER manufactures custom turbo blowers for production processes involving high-pressure air or mixed process gas. Our blowers are widely applicable, including forced draft blowers with high pressure difference and induced draft fans for conveying corrosive waste gas. Featuring superior quality and professional design, they operate reliably and efficiently.
Our exclusive blowers combine high efficiency and optimal performance. Precise design and exquisite craftsmanship make PILLER process gas blowers ideal for scenarios requiring high pressure, high temperature or both. Special components, materials and coatings guarantee stable performance even in harsh industrial environments with corrosive gas.

PILLER process gas blowers are customized for industrial applications and production processes. Our expertise in high-alloy materials, high-temperature scenarios and blower performance enables us to deliver optimal tailored solutions. The equipment demonstrates outstanding reliability and performance under extreme working conditions, including CCR blowers operating at up to 600, sulfuric acid production and PA6 production.

Extensive Processing Application Coverage

We can provide reference lists for a wide range of applications and production processes as requested, testifying to our status as a technology leader and specialist. We offer reliable, up-to-date products to satisfy your demands.

Blowers are widely used in multiple sections of factories, such as the petrochemical sector. All customized working scenarios require high-quality blowers designed for reliable operation, easy maintenance and safe usage.

Process Gas Blowers Engineered for the Most Demanding Operating Conditions

Under the harshest operating conditions, PILLER process gas blowers combine high efficiency with robust construction, ensuring reliable, smooth continuous operation and easy maintenance.

When handling abrasive, corrosive, high-temperature or flammable gases and gas mixtures, we deliver application-specific solutions tailored to your unique process conditions.

Blower Design for Optimized Efficiency

  • As a turbomachinery specialist, PILLER focuses on the design and manufacturing of centrifugal fans and blowers.

  • Our modular design enables easy handling and replacement of individual components, delivering straightforward, efficient equipment maintenance.

  • ATEX Zones 1/21 and 2/22 compliance

  • Pressure & impact-resistant design: Engineered to meet the requirements of the PED (Pressure Equipment Directive)

  • Zero-leakage design: Upon request, seals are fitted with sealing gas connections for enhanced sealing performance. The blower casing features gas-tight welding and undergoes rigorous testing, with compatible seals installed at all flange joints.

  • Water spray functionality: This feature prevents particle buildup (caking) on the impeller, enabling on-line self-cleaning of the blower via targeted water spray during operation.

Service Life-Focused Material Selection

We offer a wide range of specialized materials for your unique application:

  • Duplex and super duplex stainless steels deliver excellentcorrosion resistance and superior mechanical strength.
  • Hastelloy®, Inconel® and titanium are ideal for extremely harshprocess environments or reducing media, such as acids of varyingconcentrations or at extreme temperatures.
  • For high-temperature blowers, nickel-based alloys includingInconel®, Incoloy® and Hastelloy® are commonly adopted for processesoperating at 600 to 1000 .

  • Spray systems and protective coatings such as Halar® can be applied to prevent surface corrosion and damage to wetted parts.

PILLER Quality Standards

  • Welding of specialized alloys, including titanium, Hastelloy, nickel-chromium alloys and other exotic materials
  • Manufacturing processes fully comply with 2014/68/EU European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED)
  • Certification under CU TR-CU 010/2011, TR-CU 020/2011 and TR-CU 004/2011
  • Our expertise and experience meet the requirements of API (American Petroleum Institute) specifications 560 and API 673
