Header lateral pipe assemblies enable uniform and efficient fluid distribution and collection.

Composed of multiple filter laterals connected to a main header, the equipment facilitates designers to achieve even liquid flow inside vessels of diverse sizes and shapes, with fluid passing through treatment media such as ion exchange resin, sand and catalyst at required flow rates.

Typically installed at vessel tops, the assemblies ensure homogeneous fluid penetration across the bed layer.

A counterpart fitted near the vessel bottom collects treated fluid, which is discharged through the side wall or delivered downward via laterals linked to the Center header.

Similar distribution and collection systems can be customized for counter-flow processes.
